I have two of them to a local repository. I've placed in the living room and bedroom. Try as I could not detect an odor of these great speakers in the room either. I walked in the bottles several times and I sniffed the bottle was not just to be sure I 'm crazy. There is a fragrance in and around the bottle, but put the perfume the whole room is a little stretch. The bottles are now empty and I 'm that should be filled quickly with another barrel of oil brand speaker. I gave two stars because glass bottles are nice. Great concept, execution difficult.
